Conformation appraisal 
 
 
Every company have to manage their own human resource . Now a days the technology development  is in very advanced level .lot of companies working with this HRMS products .hear I just like to share my own experience with u readers .this will help full to new  companies to improve their HRMS management.
 
#1 Conformation appraisal
 
The following are the steps and roles required in this conformation appraisal  concept .
 
Roles: employee  >> appraiser >> reviewer
 
step1:Global HR  needs to send or enable the appraisal form the employee login or through mail. 
 
step2:Emoloyee who is in probation need to fill the appraisal form .
 
step3:Employee need to make self assessment and the form to the appraiser(Functional appraiser).
 
step4:Functional Appraiser need to give the feedback to the employee and also he needs to recommend to make permanent or not and send the feedback to reviewer.
 
step5:Reviewer can make final decision to permanent employee or not .
