E-Exit process(Online exit management process)

 We have concentrate on the below points while we are doing the exit process through online .

~In employee login page we have to give "Exit discussion menu" it is simple text editor here employee will give  the comments and submit to his appraiser .

~ Appraiser will review the same from their end and make comment and send back employee .

~Then the employee will apply the resignation with comments and submit the same .

~Appraiser will review the same and approve or reject .

*Functional Appraiser Change
*Admin Appraiser Change

*Promotion , Transfer, Job Rotation , Re-designation.

 Current job info

Here we view the current job information of an each employee, The main purpose of this  concept is if the HR wrongly entered the employee data here HR can make re correct employee details,
But it wont create as the new movements because the Effective date is hided here(unchangeable and Business menu).

Here we can change Zone,function,Band,costcenter,unit,location,Department,grade,Designation,Employee Category , functional Appraiser, administrator   Appraiser, and employee Status.



JOB HISTORY

In this concept past and present movements of the employee are listed here.


Functional Appraiser Change & Admin Appraiser Change

Functional and Admin appraiser can change over here for an every employee.


Status Change



Here the employee status can ne change . Eg:Trainee -- on Probation -- Probation Extension -- Permanent


Promotion , Transfer, Job Rotation , Re-designation.

 Reason for Movement =Transfer, Job Rotation ,Promotion, Redesignation  ,Others.

MOVEMENTS


Here we discuss about the movements of the employee from one designation to another . The following fields changes during the Movements.  


*Unit
*Zone
*Location
*Department
*Grade
*Designation
SYS Info


In Sys info, The IT team creates the new company mail id  & employee login username & password are created over here .

Using the username & password employee can login to their account. 
ASSET Info

During employee joining company provides Assets like Laptop ,phones etc.
The HR should maintain the record about the following

*Asset Type
*Active(Currently using are not)
*Provided Date
*Returned Date
*Action
ADD Employee


The following details wants to collect when the new joinee comes  to  company.


1)primary details .

where the basic employee details will be added in this fields

#1 Employee Id

The Id should be unique , Using this id only we can identify the employee in the HRMS  system
 
#2 Transfer from the group Company

Here the same employee transferred from one business form another business of same company we can inherit the details of the employee from the previous business.

During the employee add we need to specify the employees Functional appraiser & Admin Appraiser for the new joinee employee.

The following mandatory details we must collect from the employee.
* Primary Details
* Marital Status
* Photo upload
* Medical data
* Academic Qualification
* Contact Address
* Previous Employment .


Once these details are filled by the Employee or HR .That must be get approve by the global HR.

Every company have to manage their own human resource . Now a days the technology development  is in very advanced level .lot of companies working with this HRMS products .hear I just like to share my own experience with u readers .this will help full to new  companies to improve their HRMS management.
 
#1 Conformation appraisal
 
The following are the steps and roles required in this conformation appraisal  concept .
 
Roles: employee  >> appraiser >> reviewer
 
step1:Global HR  needs to send or enable the appraisal form the employee login or through mail. 
 
step2:Emoloyee who is in probation need to fill the appraisal form .
 
step3:Employee need to make self assessment and the form to the appraiser(Functional appraiser).
 
step4:Functional Appraiser need to give the feedback to the employee and also he needs to recommend to make permanent or not and send the feedback to reviewer.
 
step5:Reviewer can make final decision to permanent employee or not .
